The Strathroy Spirit Bootcamp is a basketball development program for girls in Grade 3 to 8.

Dates: Wednesdays nights (Sept 25 - Nov 13, 2024)
Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Location: HCC/SDCI gyms (enter through Community Entrance at back of school)
Cost: $120 for 8 weeks and includes a Spirit Reversible Jersey (OR returning players can opt for athletic shorts if they still have a wearable reversible)
 

Our Spirit Basketball Bootcamp is an 8-week program designed to help girls in Grades 3 to 8 develop both the offensive and defensive foundational skills necessary to become a confident player on the court. 

After warm-ups the girls are divided into younger and older age groups, where they are challenged by age- and skill- appropriate drills.  The Bootcamp is flexible enough to teach the basics to complete beginners, and increase confidence and hone technique for the more experienced.  It will reach each player where they are at!

Each week will focus on a new goal, including skills like 'Triple Threat' positioning, proper passing and shooting form, layups, defensive stance, and much more!
