This 8-week program is designed for athletes of all abilities! Want to try out basketball and learn the fundamentals of the sport? Maybe your b-baller has a few years under her belt already, but is looking for more court time and coaching tips.
The House League format creates a fun and inviting way for everyone to bring their game to the next level.
Due to a school event on October 23rd - we do not have gym access that evening. This means the last week of house league will be November 6th, not October 30th.
Complete the registration form and waiver.

Week 1: Triple Threat and Pivoting
Week 2: Ball Handling - Dribbling and change of direction
Week 3: Defence - Stance, movement and help side
Week 4: Passing - Form and chest passes
Week 5: Shooting Form
Week 6: Lay-Up - Breakdown the foot work and work up to full lay-up
Week 7: Getting Open - Movement without the ball, v-cuts
Week 8: Rebounding and Boxing Out
